VICTORIA'S

STORY

Have you ever found yourself endlessly scrolling the internet, desperate for a solution? Looking for any “hack,” pill, or miracle to feel better, physically or mentally?

I’ve been there too. It’s frustrating. It’s exhausting. And it’s incredibly disheartening. I’ve spent countless hours searching for relief from symptoms labeled under “hypothyroidism,” “mold toxicity,” or one of the many other diagnoses doctors gave me in an attempt to explain why I felt so sick and miserable.

It sucks. It really does. And the truth, though hard to accept, is that there isn’t always a magical fix. I wish there were. But through my own journey, I’ve learned that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we do have the power to choose how we respond. We have the ability to position ourselves for healing, growth, and vitality; one step, one decision at a time.

I’m not a doctor, but I’ve spent years immersed in learning from a wide range of practitioners and healing modalities. My goal is to share what I’ve learned to help you take back control over your health and your life. Doctors absolutely have a vital place in your healing, but so do you. You’re not just a patient, you’re a partner in the process.

So welcome to my practice, where I combine the transformative tools of functional diagnostic nutrition, mind-body techniques, Reiki energy healing, clinical hypnosis, and neurofeedback to support your journey toward wholeness and empowerment.

From a young age, I was captivated by the human body and its incredible complexity. This passion led me to pursue a pre-medical track in college, and I was eventually accepted into Midwestern University’s Osteopathic School of Medicine. But life had other plans. I was forced to defer my acceptance when my health began to unravel—and conventional medicine didn’t have the answers I needed.

Suddenly, everyday tasks became insurmountable. I was exhausted constantly, despite living a disciplined lifestyle. Even though I spent hours in the gym and watched what I ate, I rapidly gained weight, lost my menstrual cycle, and suffered from persistent abdominal pain, bloating, and debilitating joint pain. Between 2017 and 2023, I battled undiagnosed Lyme disease, a "mystery illness" misdiagnosed for four years. In that time, I saw every kind of specialist: gastroenterology, endocrinology, gynecology, rheumatology, pain management.

I was diagnosed and treated for fibromyalgia, PCOS, IBS, mold toxicity, and hypothyroidism. But nothing helped. It wasn’t until 2021, when I visited a functional medicine doctor specializing in complex chronic illness, that I was finally diagnosed with Lyme disease and chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS).

LYME DIAGNOSIS

Frustrated and increasingly ill, I turned to integrative and functional medicine. I enrolled in Bastyr University’s naturopathic medical school, hopeful that I could heal myself and, eventually, help others do the same. Despite feeling increasingly sick, I attended classes via Zoom while receiving IV treatments to manage my symptoms. But the disease continued to progress. Eventually, I was bedridden, partially paralyzed on my right side, and forced to withdraw from school.

I relocated to Seattle, where Lyme specialists were more prevalent. Though naturopathic medicine had helped, it wasn’t enough. I tried everything: IV therapy, ozone therapy, frequency machines, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, neural therapy, lymphatic drainage—you name it.

But it was during this chapter of my life that I experienced a shift. I began to understand the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. And I discovered how trauma, energy, and the subconscious all play critical roles in healing. What truly moved the needle for me wasn’t just physical treatments—it was neurofeedback, meditation, energy healing, and deep trauma work.

I went on to train in Reiki (Level I, II, and Master level Usui Reiki), completed foundational and advanced training in resolution therapy, about to graduate from Saybrook University with a Masters of Science in Applied Psychophysiology: Optimal Performance Specialization and a certification in clinical hypnosis, and am about to receive a certification in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. These modalities, both ancient and modern, helped me reclaim my life. Now I’m here to help others do the same.

My commitment to holistic healing is deeply personal. I’ve walked this path. I know what it’s like to feel lost, dismissed, and overwhelmed. And I also know what’s possible when we begin to integrate every part of ourselves, mind, body, and spirit, into the healing process.

I’m here to walk alongside you. To empower you. To help you rediscover your strength and awaken your inner healer. Whether you're navigating chronic illness, emotional pain, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to go it alone.

Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your symptoms, release what’s been holding you back, and build a foundation for true healing and transformation. You are not broken. You are becoming. And your healing journey starts now.

POST DIAGNOSIS

IT'S MY TURN

YOU CAN’T FORGET

IT’S POSSIBLE!

I can’t emphasize this enough: no matter what you’re facing, you must keep moving forward. Healing doesn’t happen all at once, it’s about taking one step at a time, staying focused on the goal, and refusing to settle for anything less than a better, healthier you.

Whether or not you choose to work with me, my deepest hope is that you find your way and reach the life you’ve been striving for. If someone had told me, at my lowest point, that I’d be where I am today, I never would’ve believed them. But I kept going. I found what worked for me. And now, all I want is to share that path with you.
